Epworth Chorale (grades 7-12)
For decades, young men and women in grades 7-12 have had the privilege of being involved in one of Boise’s best youth choirs. Youth from across the Treasure Valley seek out the Epworth Chorale in order to hone their musical skills while building friendships that last a lifetime. The Epworth Chorale has the honor of being the resident choir at 9:00am worship throughout the school year, is a fixture at CATC, and takes a mission tour each June. Epworth Chorale rehearsals are on Sundays from 2:30-4:00pm at the downtown campus.
Reflections (grades 10-12)
For those tenth, eleventh, and twelfth graders in the Epworth Chorale in the mood for a second helping of choral music, Reflections is an ensemble just for them. Reflections sings monthly in worship, at civic events, at CATC, and tours annually each June. Reflections rehearsals take place at the downtown campus on Sundays from 4:00-4:45pm.
Cathedral Bells (grades 7-12)
In senior high, those involved in the Epworth Chorale have the opportunity to audition for the Cathedral Bell Choir — a choir that tours each June. The Cathedral Bell Choir is selected from the Epworth Chorale grades 7-12. This group of highly devoted ringers rehearses on Sunday afternoons throughout the school year and plays a wide variety of advanced repertoire for 5 to 6-octaves of English handbells. The Cathedral Bell Choir performs at Christmas at the Cathedral and tours annually with the Epworth Chorale each June and, in its sixty-year history, has played around all over the US and Canada at two Worlds Fairs. Rehearsals are held at the downtown campus on Sundays from 1:15pm-2:30pm; late August through early June.
