Worship Leader/Associate Director of Music
We are looking for an energetic and creative individual, gifted in design and leadership of contemporary worship.
Job Overview:
This Part Time Position includes:
Working with the Sr. Pastor in organizing and leading our 11:30 contemporary worship service.
Identifying, recruiting, and organizing worship team for service
Weekly attendance at worship meeting.
Ability to stay current with worship trends
Lead rehearsals as needed
Other duties as assigned:
Qualifications:
•Skilled in both playing and leading contemporary music teams.
•Passion for worship.
•Experienced in leading teams of people and discipling others in worship leadership.
•General knowledge of sound, lighting, stage production, and ability to learn software systems necessary for 21st century worship
•Committed to our mission of "sharing the Christian faith by caring for others and encouraging spiritual growth.”
